Chuck and Shirley Sparks, owners of Generations Home Health, both went to Abilene High School and Abilene Christian University. Shirley is a Registered Nurse and Chuck studied Entrepreneurship at Abilene Christian University. They live in the local area and take pride in running Generations Home Health. They strive for Generations Home Health to be the organization of choice for patients and staff by providing the highest quality of care possible and by demonstrating the value of employees by treating them in an ethical Christian manner and involving them in the decision making processes. They strive to find care givers with caring hearts, a passionate desire to serve others, and treat these caregivers with the same respect that they shall demonstrate in the care of their patients. Being Seniors themselves the Sparks can relate to the challenges of our senior population better than agencies run by large corporations. Generations Home Health was established by the Sparks in 2005 and have had continuous deficiency free State and Federal surveys since opening.
